Setting your goals It's a goal! Setting goals is an essential part of any recruitment plan. Write down your goals, and how you will achieve them. Include the number and types of volunteers wanted and the tasks required of those volunteers. Be both specific and realistic. If the goals are too vague, it will be difficult to select effective recruitment strategies.
