Join the club

You probably have a number of creative, imaginative and multi-skilled people working in different sections of your organization. Get them together to form a recruitment club. Include paid staff and volunteers and meet regularly for a creativity session to brainstorm and bounce around ideas for new ways of recruiting. Provide drinks and nibbles and let the creative juices flow!
